High pay given the work, some days are very stress free but others are extremely tough.

Inconvénients

No clear track for promotion, raises were distributed sparingly and based on starting salary, not increased productivity or responsibilty

There are a lot of opportunity to grow within the company if you are able to market yourself to the right people

Nepotism and favoritism is big. Wrong people in leadership position.
