      Good bonuses and flat organizational structure

      The Mainfreight Three Pillars and reach culture are pure marketing and have nothing to do with reality. Very poor work-life balance (the branch manager believes that working overtime is "normal" in this industry and the hours should not be covered). Non-existing HR management Heavy workload

      There are a lot of opportunity to grow within the company if you are able to market yourself to the right people

      Nepotism and favoritism is big. Wrong people in leadership position.
