Avantages
Allowed me to experience how a company can take advantage of and use employees. If you want to experience, first hand, what employee mistreatment entails, apply with this company. Companies, such as MAI are the reason our state and federal government have so many laws and guidelines.
Inconvénients
Engage in and allow misconduct amongst management. No benefits, little pay and constant criticism. Company has unrealistic expectations of each employee. Turn-over is alarming-like a revolving door. New employees are not properly trained, but then disciplined, which is documented, ruining their self-esteem and drive for future employment opportunities.
