      wish we could have in-person meet ups at factories more- that is fun

      Avantages

      The company has had issues in the past but they seem to be turning it around. The team is full of bright, positive people. There is a new focus on customers and on real business performance. The renewed discussions in the press about American manufacturing should help.

      Inconvénients

      This is definitely a startup so things change all the time. You have to be very flexible and ok with a lot of change.

      stipend is not enough for 8 hours of work especially in the evening.
