      Avantages

      Data and technology is the core of MMIT, but the great employees are what glue them together. Working hard together and communicating openly is driving the success. I am part of the technology team, and it is exciting. The team is open to using the latest and greatest (AngularJS 2, Azure, WebAPI, Maching Learning, etc.), and there is much to do and learn. There are no egos or politics at play with this team, which provides the best environment for creativeness and communication. If you are interested in a technology or have an opinion on how the team can do better, just speak.

      Inconvénients

      Excitement can be two fold. The company is growing at a fast pace, and there are times where you will have to put in extra hours, but work-life balance is good overall. Due to the pace of company growth, it may get harder for sales and data/tech to keep in sync, so even more communication and flexibility will be needed.

      Avantages

      Work from home was good.

      Inconvénients

      They literally only promote the same 2 people at the firm. Completely unfair how they treat associates. They worship a handful of people as if they are gods. No growth opportunities at all. I’m telling you they will continue to only promote the same handful of people.
