Perspective commerciale

Avantages

Although the latest iteration of the company (and leadership) has been around for about 5 years, company still has a start-up vibe and mentality...in a good way. Very smart and creative people from top to bottom, willing to collaborate and share ideas. Close integration between sales and product development, which enables company to release new products annually to maintain an edge in the market. Leadership is adept at identifying strengths and shifting personnel to new and different roles where they can bring value. Lots of opportunity for advancement and growth. Great work life balance, no micro-management, everyone is treated with respect and professionalism.

Inconvénients

All cons due to growing pains, company had a banner year last year and is trying to keep up with demands of new clients/projects. Recent organizational changes have some people stretched thin as new personnel is on-boarded. Just recently put structured orientation in place. Sometimes communication from top-down or laterally can be disjointed.

You're so right about the cadence. Just critical to make sure we're all looped in, especially about the product enhancements. And, appreciate the comments about the new onboarding program that we're rolling out. Starting with the Client Success Leads, but will eventually spread across MMIT (perhaps, even extended to our clients). -Jeff
