      Avantages

      unlimited overtime- if you want to work your self to death for a normal $50,000 salary THEY are the place for you!

      Inconvénients

      hourly pay. Pay discrepancies between other offices. Moving jobs to India then forcing our team to fix there mistakes.

      Thanks for the feedback on areas we can review and improve. We continue to use a global workforce and adding in all areas to support our growth. We want to always review our pay to make sure we are competitive for the role.

      Work from home was good.

      Inconvénients

      They literally only promote the same 2 people at the firm. Completely unfair how they treat associates. They worship a handful of people as if they are gods. No growth opportunities at all. I’m telling you they will continue to only promote the same handful of people.
