Avantages

- Company is growing quickly, opening new offices frequently - Lots of face time with clients from Day 1 on the job, partially due to the firm's small size (~150 employees in the US) - Varied project experience in some ways (i.e. seeing different parts of a client's business)

Inconvénients

- While there is diverse project experience in certain ways, many are largely a project management role with limited analytical aspects - There are many training sessions, but these sessions often conflict with client/project meetings - There are no firm-wide initiatives that create a feeling of camaraderie with other consultants. Sometimes feels like the only MS consultants there are are the ones on your own project.

Can be good if you have interesting project and clients

Inconvénients

Can be really bad if you have bad project and pushy clients. And the client is above everything else
