      Avantages

      Work life balance is good. If you want to you can go unnoticed. Benefits are good.

      Inconvénients

      Promoting within seems impossible. Upper management lies and are untrustworthy. Good old boy system- who you know within only helps. Management poor Communication. Management hires to fill bodies in position Not because they are a good fit for the position. Expectations to do way more than what your hired for to cover other’s responsibilities . No repercussions for poor performance for certain favored personnel. Mismanaged departments frequent.

      Avantages

      Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

      Inconvénients

      Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
