      Avantages

      Manheim/ Cox Automotive really does a lot to keep the moral of employees up by having monthly occurrences of free breakfast & ice cream trucks.

      Inconvénients

      not much in the way of cons other than under staffing in some areas. the lack of staff often causes team members to be pulled from the projects they are working on to help other departments catch up/ or even run, causing said team members to fall behind in their own work.

      Avantages

      Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

      Inconvénients

      Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
