Fabrication shop Outdated machinery unless it’s a CNC lathe/milling machine in the Engineering department Expecting blue chip standard work with little to no tools, 1 rotabroach in the whole company god help ya if it’s needed for site work Only break is dinner Working7.30am - 1.00pm 30mins dinner then back to work 1.30pm - 4.30pm If Poch (owner) catches you eating at no specified times your in for it, talks down to you with derogatory language, complain and he calls you a liar and to collect your tools, when you turn up collect tools owner is very confrontational “get off my property!” Whilst wagging his finger at you and shaking, despite all the money he has it sure never brought him manners, the man is VILE!!!! Management will not look after you you’re on your own you get treated like a criminal Please note this section of Manthorpe is the fabrication department low wage compared to the engineering department and extremely high turnover of employees This company has high end market contracts defence nuclear but little care for quality of work leaving the factory or input from employees that could increase profits and productivity
