      Good vacation time and am able to work fully remote

      Inconvénients

      Salary is very low/ health benefits very high deductibles/ high caseload/often have to work hours of overtime to keep up but salary there is n o overtime pay

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
