      Avantages

      The office located in Webster, MA has great parking. That’s the only positive I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      MAPFRE constantly has layoffs and is a toxic work environment. The company is failing so they keep bringing over executives from Spain to save it.

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
