      Since starting at Marketlab, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. What sets Marketlab apart is its commitment to a "People First" culture. This commitment and transparent communication has created a sense of trust and collaboration throughout the organization. In addition to the "People First" culture, opportunities for growth and learning are abundant.

      Inconvénients

      Marketlab is experiencing a lot of change as it is being positioned for future growth. If you want to be challenged and leave your mark on a growing company, this is the place to be.

      Avantages

      Constant room for growth and collaboration between departments. Paid time off for all major holidays. Great PTO accrual policy and 401k plan. Mangers that listen and work with you to help you grow within your role. An energetic and positive atmosphere with your co workers. The “higher ups” make a point to get to know you and speak with you when given the chance. Just overall a kind and energetic atmosphere at a company that genuinely cares about the people that work there.

      Avantages

      Clean environment, stable hours, nice break room, company quarterly meetings were impressive, good pay

      Inconvénients

      inconsistent work flow, rules were set but not enforced (I.e. phone etiquette, proper safety guidelines for lifts, break times) opportunities for growth were stifled
