      Avantages

      Rewarding & lots of fun & easy when everyone does their job. Great camaraderie with coworkers. PTO, 401K, Health/Vision/Dental, Flexibility, Bonuses, Parties, Trainings Offered

      Inconvénients

      High workload with low motivated staff because the pay is so low. Hard to attract employees. Reactive instead of proactive in many areas, but they strive to improve.

      Thanks for the review! We appreciate the work you do on behalf of the people we support. And we hear you about the med cert classes. We actually have someone on staff right now going through the DDS instructor training so we can start offering our own med cert classes at our sites. So, stay tuned on that - it's coming soon!
