      Avantages

      The benefits and bonuses are good. There's a strong bond between the operations team. This is a good company for those who already have a job experiences.

      Inconvénients

      No career growth especially if you entered here as a fresh graduate. Promotion is too long. Salary is low and you have more tasks compared to those newbies.
