Avantages

It’s nice to see familiar faces everywhere. Doctors are super respectful to their frontline crew.

Inconvénients

A lot of workplace nepotism. Management undervalues staff. Losing great experienced staff across the board. Degraded for having a voice. Refused/ refuses COVID pay or bonuses to retain staff… specific to Nurses and PCTs. Quality of care will continue to decrease without experienced staff. New employees training new employees. The focus of MRH is keeping management and the doctors happy.

Avantages

I have been with MRH for many years and it is by far the best place I have ever worked. I get to learn new things all the time and feel respected and appreciated every day. The department and folks I work with are amazing and we all support each other. I have moved up over the years and plan on staying many more.

Inconvénients

Like every other company, communication between departments can always be improved.

Avantages

A small hospital that’s easy to get the hang of

Inconvénients

Constant drama, ER physician who is rude to staff, HR department doesn’t do anything about any issues that is brought up to them and allow good employees to leave rather than helping fix issues to keep the good employees. Bases their hospital around being a “team” but only when it benefits them and not for the right reasons.
