I have been with MRH for many years and it is by far the best place I have ever worked. I get to learn new things all the time and feel respected and appreciated every day. Constant drama, ER physician who is rude to staff, HR department doesn’t do anything about any issues that is brought up to them and allow good employees to leave rather than helping fix issues to keep the good employees. Bases their hospital around being a “team” but only when it benefits them and not for the right reasons.
