      Avantages

      The people who work at MAS are extremely talented, smart, and driven. The projects are challenging but rewarding. The work environment is diverse and collaborative. Creatives gain a lot of experience in a short period of time through exposure to projects of various scope and timelines.

      Inconvénients

      It is widely accepted that work hours go well beyond 40/week, late nights are extremely common and to be expected, especially for the design teams. Having any sort of work-life balance is nearly impossible while working at MAS.
