Avantages
no pros to be said. typically 30 min lunches, they schedule you for 9 hours a day, not 8. then they complain about overtime usage. they wont hear your concerns and act proactively as management. the problems will happen when they happen, their is no precaution. every branch in dfw has fully incapable forklift drivers. communication between AAA cooper and master halco is awful, and no one wants to solve the problems. there is no "cultures and value" to be had because no one respects the next guy. bosses yell at you, then get mad when you yell back. only good thing i can say is, they always paid higher than the other lumber yards, Too common i see the yard guys actually exerting their life energy to get the job done, and not even a sliver of recognition.
Inconvénients
no teamwork between branches. no communication either. constantly extending the project window due to problems. used to be more effective as jamieson. People were a lot happier then too. the yards are dirty, and they wont fix the sinkholes. too much product not enough space.
