Easy job, sign time cards, walk around, talk to people.
Inconvénients
The union killed this place. You ask someone to do something and they get hostile, want a union steward. Union supported a lot of bad behavior and that is why they moved work out of Milwaukee because it was not as profitable as it could have been.
