Avantages
There are some really wonderful people at MasterControl. Like salt-of-the-Earth type people. The hybrid remote working environment was nice.
Inconvénients
MasterControl has let toxic leadership take over and they have no feasible way for employees to counteract it. It's a real shame, because MasterControl used to be a really great place to work with good, empathetic leadership. They preach "servant leadership," but don't follow through on that. If you get stuck under toxic management you are SOL. Many tenured employees that have contacted me after I left have also expressed the same displeasure. Not to mention they're RIF-happy now and so at any point you can be included in a RIF, which has created an environment of fear and uncertainty.
