Avantages

Core platforms (MATLAB and Simulink) are world class Very intelligent co-workers.

Inconvénients

Highly political culture Internal processes were developed to support slow moving industries like Aerospace/Defense and Automotive. The company isn't nimble enough to deal with rapid change. The company is inbred. The mid to senior level managers have been with the company forever and don't have the skills or perspective necessary to manage a billion dollar software concern. The company isn't good at assimilating outside talent.
