Avantages

Very well established products that have a large footprint in the market across various industries and geographies.

Inconvénients

An ultra-micromanaged organization with very clear hierarchies ( People call each other Sir) Managers seem to have no education in business Administration or HR and are usually people with a very technical background and have skills to manage human beings. Low salaries compared to other software competitors. Stakeholder Bonus is a low hanging carrot that you possibly get at the end of the year. I still haven't completed 1 year so cannot comment Very difficult working environment for people . You cannot work from home and and you are judged for taking sick leaves. Basically they judge you on everything except the quality of your deliverable. A huge amount of bureaucracy and infinite number of review cycles for every little project you do. No positive Feedback for accomplishments . No work at all for a good career growth. If you think you are joining an MNC. you're fooled. No Diversity , No Inclusion, No Equality , No Awareness of how Corporations work. Please be aware of this company . Join only if you want to spoil your career.
