Avantages

Good work-life balance. Being a product based company, the release plans are known well ahead and go as planned, making it stress-free. Good people to work with ( in terms of knowledge and attitude).

Inconvénients

Whatever you learn will be mostly related to legacy code (unless you work on a new project from scratch). Haven't learnt much apart from that.
