Avantages

Great work environment - people are in general collaborative and helpful. Freedom to work on different projects. Excellent work/life balance. Competitive pay. Management genuinely concerned about the well-being of employees.

Inconvénients

The company is losing some of its creative edge and becoming more and more process oriented. No sense of urgency with respect to delivering features - "it gets done when it gets done" attitude.
