      Walk in policy means schedule is random, can be overwhelming when multiple kids walk in at once.

      Avantages

      Good coworkers and the lesson plans were usually well-organized. Very direct impact on students.

      Inconvénients

      Finicky software and a tendency to lean towards workloads that are almost unmanageable.
