      Family feel; strong company culture- everyone is working towards the same goal; clear values; strong emphasis on safety; hard work is recognized and valued; management is agile- quick reaction

      Honestly, very little. It's a little siloed across divisions, but not really a big hindrance.

      Excellent Culture and a place that makes you feel truly cared for as an employee. The job can be stressful at times but it is rewarding and constantly presents new challenges.

      Can be fast paced and the learning curve can feel steep on larger projects

      Avantages

      They were so kind and trained me well. Treated me like family. I only left because I had just given birth and did not have child care

      Inconvénients

      The only con was I started during covid, so training was a bit harder, but I caught on fast.
