The clients of McKinley Rice have a clause which states that they can close the project anytime. So all the hiring they do is for these temporary clients. Mckinley Rice hires and fires employees within a span of 6 months, because thats their business model. They keep their cash inflowing so they can develop their Career Chat product, So the Job security in this company is extremely volatile. They lure you with high packages and they fire you within months. Their LinkedIn posts say they are always hiring. If they are always hiring why their company strength is very low, just think about it and make a wise decision
