      Avantages

      If you are a driven and ambitious individual, there is plenty of room to grow. Individual contribution does not go unnoticed and management is good with recognizing and promoting good workers. During the pandemic and even post pandemic, company provided so much flexibility to workers to work remotely or hybrid.

      Inconvénients

      First 90 days you have no PTO or healthcare. This can be improved.

      Avantages

      Flexible, positive culture, great salary, open to new ideas. Having worked at MedComp for almost a year, I cannot provide a more positive review. Unlike my experiences in similar positions I immediately felt like a contributing member of the team- I did not feel I had to prove myself to be respected and valued. I have worked on many cross functional teams supporting projects across the company and have felt valued and appreciated with every interaction.

      Avantages

      Free pizza, occasionally. You get to watch the owner drive in occasionally, in one of his 8 cars that cost as much as your house.

      Inconvénients

      Awful PTO, not many holidays, no flexibility in work schedule. Need to wait 90 days for medical benefits, because so many people quit in the first 3 months. Absolutely no bonuses, even if the company has several "great years" in a row.
