Avantages
-Great team members all around the world(higher ups excluded); Argentina, US, India, Phil -free Ice cream -free snacks -free soda pop -free lunch -Great networking opportunity with professionals who I now work along side one of them. -You will advance yourself in life if you've turned down or left this poor company.
Inconvénients
-No structure -Loss of direction -Company crumbled as soon as Sir Mike Patel left his seat. I left because I saw where the company was going. Current employees has nothing good to say about the company when we talk. -Upper mgt. requested to put in good word for Meditab on Glassdoor. Difficult to find good out of this company other than the mentioned Pros. -No official reviews and salary reviews for the 5.5 years with the company. Same with the colleagues who worked in the States and India. -Required training in other depts. not relating to your job description you were hired for. -Weak plan and action. Never goes as planned. -colleagues were mostly stressed or bored while working -From above "You mean you have a life after work?" -Promises. NONEXISTENT! -Demotivational and useless conversations with the current guy at the top. Talking to him was like talking inside the confession booth; but no one is on the other side. So everything that was said is like water that evaporates into the air but doesn't form any cloud. -Company founded in 90's but still has not found a foundation since. If you land a conversation or find yourself in the interview, ask if they have a system in place. Or if there are room for financial growth. I dare you. -Did I forget to mention that the company has No Structure?
