      The clients are multinational companies, and the missions are rather interesting. The salary is also pretty fine,

      The leadership does not understand what their teams do on a daily basis and is completely unable to assess who brings value to the projects. The development opportunities are almost unexistant.

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
