The firm provides excellent technical training and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most knowledgeable consultants in the rewards and talent space. Great brand name for a career in HR or compensation consulting.
Inconvénients
Work-life balance can be challenging during the peak proxy season and year-end cycles. Project timelines are often aggressive, requiring significant overtime. Like many large consulting firms, the hierarchical structure can sometimes slow down internal processes and career advancement.
