      This place is a Joke, they want you to break your back and pay very low. Want you to be available when they need you but won't help when you need them.

      They train you one day and get misinformation then turn around and get in trouble

      Inconvénients

      - Poor management at the departmental level - Lack of leadership, communication, and team support from manager - Unreasonable workload expectations with no transitional support - Feedback and requests for help were ignored - Management culture not aligned with executive leadership’s values - High responsibilities without fair compensation
