A good stepping stone for a better company. There's a few good cookies here in the company that actually know what they're doing. The only teams that know what they're doing are FAO Product & Sales, AP, and Creative,
Inconvénients
The most dysfunctional company I've ever been a part of. How this company does retail is more chaotic than any other company I've been a part of. Sales is a joke. Not only do they not follow up on their customers, they're straight up guessing what they think will sell well in the market. There's too many silo'd teams that no one connects with each other and no one uses data to validate their ideas, concepts or theories; especially Sales. They invest money into products that they think will be winners but no one ends up buying them. Most of the product side especially the Sharper image product head is the most uninformed, uneducated and lacks the most experience to lead a team. Literally can be replaced with anyone else and the department will start performing better.
