As a Schering-Plough employee, you get to be a part of one of the key global leader in the pharma industry. Huge company with many possibilities (in theory) to evolve in other positions and challenges.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, you better be good in politics if you want to make progress in your career. Very good external communication but very bad internal one. Everything goes well inside the ivory tower but too many high executives orget to look outside the window...
