Meridian is now (past 1+ year) under the leadership of Jeff Kristick, a seasoned vet in the industry. Jeff has built out a competent and effective leadership team to address some of the issues that Meridian has experienced in the past. Under Jeff's leadership, the product has improved significantly. The Product team is focused on making the product more intuitive and has really improved the overall UI making it much more usable and modern. New features are voted on by the client community to ensure customers are helping to build Product versus Meridian just guessing what the market wants. Jeff is also passionate about our customers and and has brought a renewed focus on both employee and customer satisfaction. Happy employees translates to happy customers. There are a ton of brilliant people working at Meridian who are passionate about what they do. Everyone knows the names of each others kids and spouses and what they like to do for fun. There's a really close knit community here that I haven't experienced elsewhere. The work-life balance here is amazing and Jeff sets the tone from the top that family is #1. The work is certainly challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. I feel empowered and like my voice and ideas matter here.
Inconvénients
The product needs to continue to improve and evolve. Since Jeff began, it has already grown leaps and bounds. We need to continue on this path. Soliciting feedback from current customers + priortizing quality features over the quantity of features has made a huge impact. Bring back consistent 401k matching.
