      Avantages

      Small, family owned culture. Very nice place to work with good people.

      Inconvénients

      Family owned, which means there is very little individual growth potential as the upper management positions will forever be nepotistic.

      Avantages

      None that I have experienced.

      Inconvénients

      The list is long Too TOO much nepotism. In my opinion, family should be removed from the picture. I have experienced, incompetence, RUDE, degrading behavior. "The family" is pushing out any good person(s) which disagrees with them. I was witness to one parking lot argument when when I saw "You doing like me then get your ?? out the door!"
