      Avantages

      Great co-workers, and I learned a lot of great skills--but you have to be willing to accept being "thrown into the deep end". There is support and help, but most of it is informal and ad hoc. If you enjoy that environment, this would be great.

      Inconvénients

      Maintaining some legacy systems critical to production spread a lot of people pretty thin, and siphoned resources away from more crucial projects.

      They pretty much leave you alone once you learned your role

      Management is kind of weirdly structured and training is long and decided last minute

      Avantages

      Was ok, had some pot lucks, decent hours. People weren't too bad, the ones I liked at least. Pay was crap.

      Inconvénients

      Favortism, some people there act like middle schoolers. They cut hours sometimes, felt some employees weren't paid faily.
