Great management team. Small company feel, but you're part of a team developing an important safety system nationwide. Well implemented Agile methodologies. Provided with plenty of tools to get your job done.
Inconvénients
Location in Renton means you either have to live nearby or face hours of commute time on I-5 or I-405. Being owned by the four major railroads sometimes causes unnecessary bureaucracy.
