      Culture, support, teamwork, fully staffed departments throughout the hospital

      Inconvénients

      Benefits could be better with the gym onsite included or at least discounted as part of benefits, student loan assistance, workout class thru wellness could be an option too

      Avantages

      Great leadership, team, and process improvement initiatives. The organization is not perfect, but the way Methodist Health System goes about developing and improving is unmatched. The culture is always striving to do better, improve the overall experience (for patients and employees), and to welcome everyone who comes through the doors.

      Inconvénients

      There are a few technological barriers, it is a bit outdated with programs and processes. Additionally, the change within the organization is slow, but the system is always improving.
