Inconvénients
New hires in the billing office are expected to be in the office for training but the trainers are in their home. If it is not going to be physical one-on-one training then you might as well have new staff join the training remotely too.
It doesn't follow with the care commitments of "Take care of each other, take care of ourselves". It may seem minor but these are part of the things that lead to high turnover.

Great leadership, team, and process improvement initiatives. The organization is not perfect, but the way Methodist Health System goes about developing and improving is unmatched. The culture is always striving to do better, improve the overall experience (for patients and employees), and to welcome everyone who comes through the doors.
Inconvénients
There are a few technological barriers, it is a bit outdated with programs and processes. Additionally, the change within the organization is slow, but the system is always improving.
