Great history, solid housing data, and well intentioned management.
Inconvénients
Since purchased by Hanley Wood in Jan 2013, still trying to understand our product. The publishing industry is significantly different than the housing industry but management does not seem to understand? Looking for annual ROI gains sounds good but our product has everything to do with market timing. Top heavy management with way too many VP's.
