The company never learns from their mistakes. Employees are expected to do work way beyond their means without any compensation. Constant lay offs and out sourcing as company struggles to stabilise itself after the HPE merger, which was nearly 4 years ago. If you are seeking a career path, this is not the place for you. Get in, get some experience and go somewhere else with potential and proper recognition and compensation for working hard. The company before HPE merger used to be a fantastic place to work, with a great culture, great teams and ethos and it was progressing well in its growth and market share. The HPE merger was pure greed and it backfired and it has been suffering ever since. The culture was wiped out over night and replaced with negativity, in-fighting and a dog eats dog mentality.
