Great place to learn a wide range of skills. You will be noticed if you work hard and add value. I think the prior negative reviews didn't realize that and saw it an easy gig where they could coast. International focused team, very diverse, and open to new ideas and cultures. You will work with brilliant people who will bring out the best in you. The most open and understanding team I've ever worked with.

Compensation but you gain lot's of skills (if you choose to), which will make you more valuable in the future. That's a good trade off if you are early in your career (early 40s or less).

most of the staff was nice and friendly at the time.

disconnected senior management who didnt seem to know/understand what they wanted. at the time there was a terrible human resources department, but as I understand that has since changed. I had a particularly difficult situation with one manager, and the rest of the management seemed to see what I was dealing with but at the end did relatively nothing to rectify it. overall I wouldnt recommend it to anyone who is looking to learn and grow. I remember I was the 10th or 11th person to leave the office within that 12 month time span.
