Inconvénients
Lied about buyout was not not to layoff people. Good in pretending to care about people and employees. Lied about paying off Sick Leave credits as per previous company bought out and tried to tell employees that they mistake Vacation Credits instead for Sick Leave credits when confronted on so called "Lunch with Employees." Finally relented when caught in a big lie when several employees reminded CEO of his words during meeting. Never really cared for Design Group in HK yet gave them false hopes of NO LAYOFFS then layed off everyone anyway. Deleted protest picture in LinkedIn to cover lies. Just interested in MONEY, MONEY AND MORE MONEY. Scared to implement EXPORT CONTROL in Arizona. Keeps all profits in TAX haven like CAYMAN ISLANDS and give cents as annual increase in salary. Intimidates employees who give honest reviews and suggestions in their annual employee surveys. All they want is PRAISE, PRAISE, PRAISE for their Corporatist Management Style of self aggrandizement. Support and reward employees who are very good in intimidating other employees to blind submission.
