Avantages

not micro-managed, self empowered, treated like a real engineer and not a glorified technician just expected to take the heat for down equipment, aggressive with buying other companies to help company grow more.

Inconvénients

Pay raises don't come often at all, 401K matching isn't great, vacation policy is just okay but lacking compared to other semiconductor companies, blackout period for trading stock is 50% of every quarter so ridiculously long not to be able to get to your stock to sell when you want.

Avantages

There are a handful of people here who are fantastic to work with, are very knowledgeable, and care about the product that's going out the door.

Inconvénients

Leadership is fundamentally out of touch and appears indifferent to employee well-being. The culture is marred by nepotism and a lack of accountability, where 'guiding values' are preached but never practiced. Feedback is discouraged, and those who speak up are often targeted. Expect a 'reward' of more work for the same pay, as promotions are rare and promised bonuses are frequently withheld despite strong site performance. A very frustrating and toxic environment for those who value merit and transparency.
