Avantages
Good for starting career here but not with signing bond as they will make use of you after your bond agreement and you are forced to work their until your bond period gets over as you will not get good exposure to work on because it is only for their senior employees or who are working their for 4-5 years.
Inconvénients
They will make you sign their bond agreement which is of very high amount as compared to what they offer is low and usually they have ego that no network company is better then them in gujarat and all joobseekers will get attracted to their fame and will accept their low salary offer for their future growth by working in this company as a network engineer, then they make use of their employee and assign them non-technical work that is not suitable for a network engineer and then he has to somehow pass his time in the organisation with low salary & appraisal until his bond period gets over. He does not get exposure to work on good technology as their is politics played while assigning calls to engineer by their team leaders who are 10th & 12th pass and he is forced to work on deprecated devices and technologies. Also they use to send their employees without proper planning and travel tickets to places where after evening their is no transport facility available. Hotel and food allowances is also low for staying outstation that means you have to stay in unsafe hotels and low food allowance which is very low and not enough to survive in Cities My sincere request is to don't become fool by joining them and don't sign their bond if u will do this then you will become their slave and they will make use of you and sometimes you have to do their work in extreme conditions & forcefully too.
