      Company surviving from last 30 years

      Inconvénients

      1)Managements never follows their commitments. 2)Probation period will be increased upto 1 year and 6 months and after that 2 years bond,if employee who doesn't get confirmation then company not gives experience and releiving letter i.e. they directly fires trainee. 3)Working Culture is not so good.

      Best opportunity for freshers to learn in positive atmosphere, functionality are best for HMIS comparing any other applications, core management is good and helpful, chances to travel abroad for implementation (best opportunity) Salary on time Good leave policy after ur confirmation Good atmosphere overall Proper facilities and a good ambience

      Inconvénients

      No such But sometimes it feels of office polictics, but it's not that much, acceptable comparing other companies
