      Focus on youth. The agency looks for the ideas and energy of those utilizing their job as a professional stepping stone. This makes it tough on the older employee sometimes.

      Avantages

      Did a great job matching me with a local government agency that had an opening aligning me with my interests. MORPC and the agency were very welcoming, and the agency definitely helped my career development.

      Inconvénients

      Check-ins from MORPC weren't helpful at addressing any issues that may have come up with the host, I felt I had to deal with them directly.
